Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases, subscriptions, and service engagements made with Demtech Consulting Private Limited (“Demtech”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) through the Demtech.ai website or via direct agreements.

1. Nature of Services

Demtech primarily offers enterprise software, AI services, consulting, and SaaS tools. Due to the customized and intangible nature of these offerings, our refund and cancellation terms differ from standard e-commerce policies.

2. Cancellation by Client

Clients may cancel an ongoing engagement or subscription by submitting a written request to support@demtech.ai. If the cancellation is received before the commencement of work or project kickoff, a partial or full refund may be issued depending on the scope and contract terms.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Duplicate or erroneous payment transactions.
  • Service failure caused solely by Demtech and not external or client-side issues.
  • Mutually agreed refund in a written contract or SLA.

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of payment to be eligible for review.

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Completed services or deliverables already rendered to the client.
  • Delays or issues caused by client-side unresponsiveness, infrastructure, or third-party dependencies.
  • Change of mind after project commencement or access to licensed tools/platforms.

 

5. Refund Method and Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon. Clients will be notified by email once the refund is initiated.

 

6. Cancellation by Demtech

We reserve the right to cancel a project or subscription at our discretion. In such cases, a full or prorated refund will be issued depending on the extent of work completed and value delivered up to the cancellation date.
