This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to all purchases, subscriptions, and service engagements made with Demtech Consulting Private Limited (“Demtech”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) through the Demtech.ai website or via direct agreements.
Demtech primarily offers enterprise software, AI services, consulting, and SaaS tools. Due to the customized and intangible nature of these offerings, our refund and cancellation terms differ from standard e-commerce policies.
Clients may cancel an ongoing engagement or subscription by submitting a written request to support@demtech.ai. If the cancellation is received before the commencement of work or project kickoff, a partial or full refund may be issued depending on the scope and contract terms.
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of payment to be eligible for review.
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original mode of payment, unless otherwise agreed upon. Clients will be notified by email once the refund is initiated.
We reserve the right to cancel a project or subscription at our discretion. In such cases, a full or prorated refund will be issued depending on the extent of work completed and value delivered up to the cancellation date.
